PET Imaging of Inflammation and Lipid Lowering Study
This study looks at new ways to scan and treat high cholesterol and hardened arteries. It uses special scans and medications like Inclisiran or Colchicine to see how they affect swelling in the arteries. We hope to find better ways to understand and treat these conditions.

This study is testing a new medicine, Tigulixostat, for people with gout and high uric acid. Researchers want to see if it lowers uric acid levels as well as current treatments and if it's safe to use. It compares Tigulixostat to a common gout medicine, Allopurinol, and a dummy pill.

This study compares two common treatments, prednisolone and colchicine, for sudden attacks of gout. It aims to find out which medicine works better for pain relief and other symptoms in people experiencing a gout flare-up, using a safe and unbiased approach.
