Low Dose ColchicinE in pAtients With Peripheral Artery DiseasE to Address Residual Vascular Risk
This study, called LEADER-PAD, is looking into whether a low dose of colchicine, a common anti-inflammatory medicine, can help people with a condition called Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) reduce their risk of serious heart and circulation problems.

Colchicine Assessment of Low-grade Inflammation and Biomarker Response in Atherosclerosis with Targeted Evaluation
This study is looking at whether a common medicine called colchicine can reduce inflammation in the blood vessels of people with heart disease. We want to see if it helps improve heart health by using special scans to check for changes.
