Personalized Vitamin D Supplementation for Reducing or Preventing Fatigue and Enhancing Quality of Life of Patients with Colorectal Tumor: Randomized Intervention Trial (VICTORIA)
This study looks at whether a personalised vitamin D supplement can help reduce tiredness and improve daily life for people with bowel cancer. It's for those who have finished treatment within the last year and have low vitamin D levels.
For: Fatigue in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) (ICD codes C18-C20 and C21.8) within 12 months after a colorectal cancer therapy (surgery · chemotherapy and/or radiation) and not optimal vitamin D status (25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) levels < 60 nmol/L)
