A Study of Tucatinib or Placebo With Trastuzumab and Pertuzumab for Metastatic HER2+ Breast Cancer

This study looks at a new drug called tucatinib for HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread. We want to see if adding tucatinib to standard treatments (trastuzumab and pertuzumab) helps more than a dummy pill (placebo). It also checks for side effects.
