Randomised phase 3 trial of enzalutamide in androgen deprivation therapy with radiation therapy for high risk, clinically localised, prostate cancer: ENZARAD
This study is looking at how a new treatment for prostate cancer, called enzalutamide, works when used with standard hormone therapy and radiation. It's for men with prostate cancer that hasn't spread but is considered high-risk. We want to see if this combination stops the cancer from spreading.

A phase 2, open label, multicenter, single-stage study to evaluate the efficacy of Isatuximab plus Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone (IPd), in patients with AL amyloidosis not in VGPR or better after any previous therapy
This study is testing a new combination of medicines for people with AL amyloidosis. It looks at how well the new treatment works and if it helps improve the disease, especially for those who haven't responded well to previous treatments.

MInimal residual Disease Adapted Strategy / IFM 2020-02: frontline therapy for patients eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation less than 66 years; a prospective study from the French cooperative group IFM
This study is looking at new ways to treat multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer, in people under 66. It's testing if different treatment plans can better reduce the cancer to very low levels before further treatment. The aim is to find out which approaches work best for patients.

RANDOMIZED, CONTROLLED, OPEN TRIAL OF TWO STANDARDIZED DECLINE SCHEMES, FAST (NORTH AMERICAN) AND SLOW (EUROPEAN) RESPECTIVELY, OF CORTISONE IN GIANT CELL ARTERITIS
This study compares two ways of slowly reducing steroid medication for Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA), a condition causing inflammation of blood vessels. It looks at whether a faster or slower reduction helps patients stay well without their symptoms returning, known as remission.
For: Patients with giant cell arteritis (= Horton’s disease)France - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
Rifampin-free regimen versus rifampin-containing regimen in the treatment of staphylococcal prosthetic valve endocarditis: a multicenter randomized controlled non-inferiority study (RIFREE)
This study compares two ways to treat a serious heart infection called staphylococcal endocarditis, which affects artificial heart valves. It looks at whether treatment without a medicine called rifampin is as good as treatment with it, focusing on patient survival after six months.
For: staphylococcal endocarditisFrance - AuthorisedTherapeutic exploratory (Phase II)
Methotrexate treatment in hand osteoarthritis refractory to usual treatments: A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, ADEM2 study
This study looks at whether a medicine called methotrexate can help people with severe hand osteoarthritis that hasn't improved with other treatments. It specifically focuses on an aggressive type of hand osteoarthritis where joints get damaged. Researchers want to see if methotrexate can slow down this damage.
For: Erosive osteoarthritisFrance - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
SERORL Effect of aspirin and folic acid for sudden sensorineural hearing loss
This study looks at how aspirin and folic acid might help people with sudden hearing loss in one ear. Doctors want to see if these treatments can improve hearing compared to not taking them. It's a key step to find better ways to help people regain their hearing.
For: Patients presenting to ENT emergencies with a unilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL). SSNHL is defined according to the American ENT society guidelines criteria as a subset of SSNHL that is sensorineural in nature · occurs within a 72 hour window · and consists of a decrease in hearing of ≥30 decibels affecting at least 3 consecutive frequencies: 1. A history of an idiopathic and unilateral sudden decrease in hearing > 72 hours and <15 days. 2. A unilateral sensorineural hearing loss demonstrable on a pure‐tone audiogram at the time of entry into the trial. 3. No other neurological signs except the eight cranial nerve defectFrance - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
ANTIBIOBONTA - Assessment of the interest of a peri-operative antibiotic strategy applied to patients with asymptomatic bacteriuria undergoing intra-vesical botulinum toxin A injections
This study looks at whether antibiotics before and after bladder botulinum toxin A injections can prevent urine infections. It's for adults with bladder problems from multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury, who also have bacteria in their urine without symptoms.
For: Patients (male or female) ≥18 years old with Detrusor overactivity (DO) in multiple sclerosis (MS) or spinal cord injured (SCI).France - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
ASPIRIN - Acetylsalicylic acid versus placebo in addition to a local non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug in the treatment of thrombotic episodes in superficial venous malformations in children aged 6 to 17 years: a controlled randomised, double-blind, cross-over, multicenter trial
This study looks at whether adding a low-dose aspirin to a common pain gel helps children (6-17) with painful clots in their veins. It compares aspirin to a dummy pill alongside the gel to see which works best for pain.
