MiECC Versus Conventional Cardiopulmonary Bypass in Cardiac Surgery (MiECS)

This study compares two types of heart-lung machines used in heart surgery: the standard one and a newer, smaller version. It aims to see if the smaller machine leads to fewer serious problems after surgery for conditions like coronary artery disease and aortic valve issues.
