ANA4CKD - Randomized multicenter double-blind controlled trial comparing anakinra to prednisone for gout flare in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 or kidney transplantation
This study is looking at two treatments for painful gout attacks in people with kidney disease or a kidney transplant: anakinra and prednisone. Researchers want to see which one works better and causes fewer side effects by measuring pain levels and other health changes.

COURAGE - Corticosteroid in acute urticaria in emergency department
This study is looking at whether a steroid medication (like Prednisolone) helps adults who come to A&E with sudden, itchy skin rashes called urticaria (hives). They want to see if the steroid reduces the rash better than a dummy pill after 7 days.
