Study of Two Doses of Crizanlizumab Versus Placebo in Adolescent and Adult Sickle Cell Disease Patients

This study is looking at a new medicine called crizanlizumab to see if two different doses can help teenagers and adults with sickle cell disease. We want to find out if it's safe and if it can reduce pain crises (VOCs) compared to a dummy medicine (placebo).
