A Study of a Deuterated Psilocin Analog (CYB003) in Humans With Major Depressive Disorder
This study is looking into a new medication called CYB003 for adults with major depression. It aims to see if CYB003 is safe and effective when added to their current antidepressant treatment, compared to a dummy pill.

A Phase III Long-Term Extension Trial with Optional Additional Doses of CYB003 to Assess the Safety and Long-term Efficacy in Participants with Major Depressive Disorder (EXTEND)
This study looks at a new medicine called CYB003 for people with depression. It's for those who have already shown improvement in previous studies. The main goal is to see if the medicine helps prevent depression from coming back over a long time and to check its safety.
