The Effects of Moderate Intensity Cycle Ergometer vs. Treadmill Training on Physiological Resilience in Older Adults

This study looks at whether cycling or walking is better for helping older adults aged 60-80 stay fit and healthy. We want to see which exercise improves overall body strength and ability to bounce back from illness, called 'resilience'.
