Evaluation of pain after intra-articular botulinum toxin injections in carpometacarpal osteoarthritis of the thumb

This study is looking into whether injections of a medicine called NT 201 might help reduce pain for people with arthritis at the base of their thumb. Researchers want to see if it helps more than a dummy injection, by checking pain levels three months after the injection.
