(NEOAC) NEO- and Adjuvant Targeted therapy in braf-mutated Anaplastic Cancer of the Thyroid - a prospective, non-randomized, single center, open-label phase II study.
This study looks at new drug treatments before and after surgery for a type of aggressive thyroid cancer. It aims to see if these drugs, dabrafenib and trametinib, can shrink tumours enough to make surgery more successful and improve patients' chances of recovery.

Pediatric Long-Term Follow-up and Rollover Study

DETERMINE Trial Treatment Arm 07: Dabrafenib in Combination With Trametinib in Adult, Paediatric and Teenage/Young Adult Patients With BRAF V600 Mutation-Positive Cancers.
This study looks at two drugs called dabrafenib and trametinib for various cancers with a specific gene change (BRAF V600). These drugs are already approved for some cancers and researchers want to see if they can help people with other rare cancers or cancers with this same change.

TAILOR-PANC: Molecularly Tailored Therapy versus Standard Care in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer (DPCG-02)
