A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Danicamtiv in Participants With Symptomatic Genetic and Familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy
This study is testing a new medication called danicamtiv for people with genetic or family-related dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). It aims to see if danicamtiv is safe and helps the heart pump better, compared to a sugar pill.

AN OPEN-LABEL, EXPLORATORY STUDY OF THE SAFETY AND PRELIMINARY EFFICACY OF DANICAMTIV IN STABLE AMBULATORY PARTICIPANTS WITH PRIMARY DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY DUE TO EITHER MYH7 OR TTN VARIANTS OR OTHER CAUSALITIES
This study looks at a new medicine called Danicamtiv for people with a specific heart condition called dilated cardiomyopathy. We want to see if it's safe and if it helps the heart work better. This is an early-stage study to learn more about the medicine.
