Senolytics to Improve Osteoporosis therapy: A randomised controlled clinical trial The SENIOR Trial
This study, called THE SENIOR Trial, is looking into a new treatment for weak bones (osteopenia and osteoporosis). It investigates if a medicine called DASATINIB can improve bone health by slowing down bone breakdown. We're measuring changes in a blood marker of bone breakdown after 21 weeks.

This study, called The TRUTH study, is looking at a combination of two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, to treat a liver condition called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with scarring (fibrosis). Researchers want to see if this treatment can improve liver scarring over 21 weeks.
