A Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of Dato-DXd With or Without Osimertinib Compared With Platinum Based Doublet Chemotherapy in Participants With EGFR-Mutated Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study looks at new treatments for a type of lung cancer where standard treatment has stopped working. It compares a drug called Dato-DXd, alone or with osimertinib, against usual chemotherapy to see which helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.

A Study of Dato-DXd Versus Investigator's Choice Chemotherapy in Patients With Locally Recurrent Inoperable or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer, Who Are Not Candidates for PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor Therapy (TROPION-Breast02)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Dato-DXd for advanced triple-negative breast cancer. It compares Dato-DXd with standard chemotherapy in patients who cannot have a specific type of immunotherapy.
