A Phase III, Randomized, Double-Blind, Parallel Group, Multicenter Study to Compare Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Efficacy, Safety, and Immunogenicity of BP16 Versus EU-Prolia® in Women with Post- Menopausal Osteoporosis
This study compares a new medicine (BP16) with an existing one (Prolia®) for women with weak bones after menopause. Researchers will check if BP16 helps strengthen bones, how safe it is, and if the body reacts to it, over about a year and a half.

Effects of a single denosumab injection on reduction of total contact cast treatment and consolidation of bone fractures caused by acute Charcot foot in patients with diabetes mellitus (CHARCOT study)
This study looks at how a single injection of a medicine called denosumab might help people with diabetes who have a foot condition called Charcot foot. It wants to see if this injection can help broken bones in the foot heal faster and reduce the time someone needs to wear a special boot.
