Future Innovations in Novel Detection for Atrial Fibrillation (FIND-AF): Pilot Study

This study is testing a new way to find an irregular heartbeat called atrial fibrillation (AF) earlier. It uses a special computer tool and remote heart monitoring for people at higher risk. The goal is to see if this helps detect AF more often and leads to better treatment to prevent strokes.
