This study is looking at different ways to help with pain after kidney cancer surgery. It's testing if a nerve block, using medicines like ropivacaine and dexamethasone, can reduce the amount of strong pain medicine (opiates) people need within the first 24 hours after their operation. It also checks how long it takes for a person to ask for pain relief.
