A Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Open-label Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of bb2121 Versus Standard Regimens in Subjects with Relapsed and Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM) (KarMMa-3)

This study looks at a new treatment, idecabtagene vicleucel (bb2121), for multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. It compares this new treatment to standard options to see if it works better and is safe for patients aged 18 and over.
