This study looks at a new medicine called dexpramipexole for severe asthma. It wants to see if the medicine can reduce asthma flare-ups and improve breathing over 52 weeks. Researchers will compare it to a dummy medicine to see if it works and is safe.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of dexpramipexole administered orally for 24 weeks in participants with eosinophilic asthma (EXHALE-4)
This study is testing a new medicine, dexpramipexole, for adults with a type of asthma called eosinophilic asthma. We want to see if it helps improve breathing and asthma control over 24 weeks. Half the participants will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy pill.
