Efficacy and Tolerability of AP707 in Patients with Chronic Back Pain
This study is looking at a new cannabis-based medicine called AP707 for people with ongoing back pain. Researchers want to see if it helps reduce pain better than a dummy treatment and how well people tolerate it.

This study, called RELIEF, is looking at a new injection combining two medicines, diclofenac and thiocolchicoside, to see how well it treats lower back pain. It compares this combination to diclofenac alone and to a placebo (a dummy injection) to find the most effective treatment.
