Safety and Tolerability of Difelikefalin in Adolescents on Haemodialysis With Moderate-to-Severe Pruritus
This study looks at a medicine called difelikefalin for teenagers (12-17) on dialysis who have very itchy skin from kidney disease. It checks if the medicine is safe and how much gets into their blood. We hope to find a new way to help young people with this problem.

A 2-part, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Oral Difelikefalin for Moderate-to-Severe Pruritus in Adult Subjects with Notalgia Paresthetica
This study is testing a new medicine, Difelikefalin, for people with notalgia paresthetica. This condition causes moderate to severe itching. Researchers want to see if the medicine can reduce itching, burning, and tingling compared to a dummy pill, and if it's safe to use.
