Screening for Synchronous Metastases in Colorectal Cancer With DW-MRI (SERENADE)

This study looks at using special MRI scans to find bowel cancer that has spread to the liver early. It's for people with a high-risk type of bowel cancer who don't already have liver spread showing on CT scans. The aim is to see if these extra MRI scans help find hidden spread sooner.
