This study is testing a new way to treat multiple sclerosis (MS) called ofatumumab. It compares this new treatment to standard MS medications in people recently diagnosed with a specific type of MS called relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). The aim is to see which treatment works best to prevent MS attacks and stop the disease from getting worse.

DESIRE MS: A prospective randomized non-inferiority trial comparing anti-CD20 maintenance versus De-Escalation Strategy In Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis
This study compares different treatments for multiple sclerosis (MS) to see if a less intense approach is just as good as current treatments. It looks at how well people's MS is controlled over three years and checks for new symptoms or changes in brain scans.
