Early Closure of Left Atrial Appendage for Patients With Atrial Fibrillation and Ischemic Stroke Despite Anticoagulation Therapy
This study looks at whether a procedure to close off a part of the heart called the left atrial appendage (LAA) in addition to blood thinners can better prevent strokes in people with atrial fibrillation who have already had a stroke despite being on blood thinners.

Monotherapy With P2Y12 Inhibitors in Patients With Atrial fIbrillation Undergoing Supraflex Stent Implantation
This study compares different ways to give blood-thinning medicines to people who have an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) and have had a heart stent fitted. It looks at whether using fewer medicines a bit sooner can be safer while still protecting the heart.
