Study of Novel Treatment Combination Therapies in Participants With Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Regardless of PD-L1 Expression Status; Substudy-01

PRODIGE 111 – DOMZIGAST A randomized phase II study evaluating FOLFIRI vs FOLFIRI plus Domvanalimab (anti-TIGIT) and Zimberelimab (anti-PD1) in patients with advanced gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma with progression during or after peri-operative chemotherapy.
This study looks at new treatments for advanced stomach or gastro-oesophageal junction cancer that has grown despite earlier chemotherapy.
