Adjuvant Palbociclib in Elderly Patients With Breast Cancer

This study looks at a new way to treat older patients (aged 70+) with early breast cancer. Instead of chemotherapy, it tests if a drug called palbociclib, combined with standard hormone therapy, can be just as good at preventing cancer from coming back.
