EPIK-O: A Phase III, multi-center, randomized (1:1), open-label, active-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of alpelisib (BYL719) in combination with olaparib as compared to single agent cytotoxic chemotherapy, in participants with no germline BRCA mutation detected, platinum-resistant or refractory, high-grade serous ovarian cancer
This study is looking at a new combination of two drugs, alpelisib and olaparib, for women with a specific type of advanced ovarian cancer that has come back or grown after previous treatment. It compares this combination to standard chemotherapy to see if it works better.

A Phase 3, Multicenter, Open-Label, Randomized Study of Nemvaleukin Alfa in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Investigator’s Choice Chemotherapy in Patients With Platinum-Resistant Epithelial Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, or Primary Peritoneal Cancer (ARTISTRY-7)
This study is testing a new combination treatment for advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers that haven't responded to previous chemotherapy. It compares a new drug, nemvaleukin alfa, with an existing cancer drug, pembrolizumab, against standard chemotherapy treatments to see if it helps people live longer.

This study is for children aged 3-18 with a type of brain tumour called medulloblastoma. It looks at different ways to treat the tumour, including various chemotherapy drugs, to find the most effective and safest options for different types of medulloblastoma, aiming to improve chances of recovery and quality of life.

Prospective multicenter clinical trial for risk estimation and treatment stratification in low and intermediate risk neuroblastoma patients - NB2015-LR
