Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of Olaparib When Given in Combination With Carboplatin and Paclitaxel, Compared With Carboplatin and Paclitaxel in Patients With Advanced Ovarian Cancer

This study is looking at a new way to treat advanced ovarian cancer. It combines a drug called olaparib with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) to see if it works better and is safe compared to chemotherapy alone.
