Dry-land Strength and Conditioning for Competitive Youth Swimmers

This study looks at how special exercises done out of the water, called 'dry-land training,' can help young competitive swimmers improve their starts and turns. These are important parts of a swimming race. We want to see if adding these exercises to their usual swimming practice makes a difference.
