A Study of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) Versus Trastuzumab Emtansine (T-DM1) in High-risk HER2-positive Participants With Residual Invasive Breast Cancer Following Neoadjuvant Therapy (DESTINY-Breast05)
This study looks at two different medicines, T-DXd and T-DM1, for certain people with HER2-positive breast cancer. It's for those who still have some cancer after their first treatments. We want to see if T-DXd works better at stopping the cancer from coming back.

This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced breast cancer that has spread. It focuses on a type of breast cancer called 'HER2-low'. Doctors want to see if these combinations are safe, how they work in the body, and if they can help shrink tumours.

Phase II trial of trastuzumab deruxtecan in first-line treatment HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients considered resistant to trastuzumab + pertuzumab + taxane due to early relapse. “TRANSCENDER Study”
The TRANSCENDER study is a clinical trial looking at a new treatment called trastuzumab deruxtecan (DS-8201a) for advanced breast cancer. It's for patients whose cancer has come back quickly after standard treatments. We want to see how well this new treatment shrinks the cancer.
