A Multicenter, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Randomized Withdrawal Study to Evaluate the Safety and Maintenance of Efficacy of Ecopipam in Children, Adolescents and Adults with Tourette’s Disorder

This study is looking at a new medicine called Ecopipam to see if it can help people with Tourette's Disorder. We want to find out if it reduces tics and whether its effects last, especially in children and teenagers.
