A Study of Elacestrant Versus Standard Endocrine Therapy in Women and Men With ER+,HER2-, Early Breast Cancer With High Risk of Recurrence
This study is testing a new drug, Elacestrant, against standard hormone treatments for early breast cancer. It's for men and women whose cancer is ER-positive and HER2-negative, and has a high chance of coming back. The aim is to see if Elacestrant works better.

Elacestrant + Everolimus in Patients ER+/HER2-, ESR1mut, Advanced Breast Cancer Progressing to ET and CDK4/6i.
This study is for people with advanced ER+/HER2- breast cancer with an ESR1 gene change, whose cancer has grown despite previous treatments. It tests a new drug called elacestrant alongside an existing one, everolimus, to see if this combination works better at stopping the cancer from growing.
