Pilot study to explore the diagnostic value of gadopiclenol in pathological and radiological insights with multiparametric MRI enhancement in breast cancer.
This study looks at how a special MRI scan, using a dye called Elucirem, helps doctors see breast cancer. We're checking if what the MRI shows matches what doctors find when they examine breast tissue closely, to better understand and treat the disease.
For: Breast cancerSpain - AuthorisedTherapeutic use (Phase IV)
Phase IV, single-center, randomized, crossover clinical trial to validate the use of gadopiclenol versus gadobutrol in the evaluation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis of perianal fistula associated with Crohn's disease
This study compares two special dyes used in MRI scans for Crohn's disease patients with perianal fistulas. It checks which dye helps doctors see the fistulas more clearly to give better treatment.
For: Perianal fistula associated with Crohn's diseaseSpain - AuthorisedTherapeutic confirmatory (Phase III)
A Pilot Study on the Use of Gadopiclenol for Enhanced Cardiac MRI in Children with Congenital Heart Conditions: A self-controlled, non-randomised, open-label study to compare the image quality and diagnostic performance of gadopiclenol versus gadoterate meglumine
This study is looking at a new type of MRI scan for children with congenital heart problems. It compares two different contrast dyes, gadopiclenol and gadoterate meglumine, to see which gives clearer images and helps doctors better understand heart conditions like cardiomyopathy or Tetralogy of Fallot.
For: Cardiomyopathy · tetralogy of Fallot · or complex congenital heart diseaseSpain
