This study is looking at a new medicine called Encaleret for children and teenagers aged 0-17 with a rare condition called Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcemia Type 1 (ADH1). It aims to see how the medicine works in their bodies, if it helps their symptoms, and if it's safe.
