Immunotherapy With Ipilimumab and Nivolumab Preceded or Not by a Targeted Therapy With Encorafenib and Binimetinib
This study looks at treating advanced melanoma with immunotherapy (nivolumab and ipilimumab) alone, or by starting with targeted therapy (encorafenib and binimetinib) for 12 weeks first. It aims to see if adding the targeted therapy first improves how long people live without their cancer growing.

This study looks at how a melanoma treatment (encorafenib and binimetinib) works in everyday life for patients in the UK. We want to understand its effects and how it impacts quality of life, outside of a clinical trial.
