PreOperative Endocrine Therapy for Individualised Care With Abemaciclib

This study looks at a new way to treat breast cancer in post-menopausal women. It tests if adding a drug called abemaciclib to standard hormone therapy can better stop the cancer from coming back after surgery, especially for those at higher risk.
