Conventional Endoscopic Techniques Versus EndoRotor® System for Necrosectomy of Walled of Necrosis

This study compares a new device, the EndoRotor, with standard methods for clearing infected fluid collections in the pancreas. It aims to find out if the new device is better for treating a condition called 'walled off necrosis' in people with severe pancreatitis.
