A Study to Evaluate the Benefits and Risks of Conversion of Existing Adolescent Kidney Transplant Recipients Aged 12 to <18 Years to a Belatacept-based Immunosuppressive Regimen as Compared to Continuation of a Calcineurin Inhibitor-based Regimen, and Their Adherence to Immunosuppressive Medications

This study compares two ways to help young people (12-17) after a kidney transplant. It looks at changing medicine from one type (calcineurin inhibitor) to another (belatacept-based) and how well patients stick to their treatment. It aims to see which approach works best.
