Sacubitril-Valsartan in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction and Secondary Mitral Valve Regurgitation (PRAISE-MR)
This study looks at how a medicine called Entresto might help people with a common type of heart failure and a leaky heart valve. Researchers want to see if Entresto improves heart function and symptoms over 6 months.

Randomised bioequivalence clinical trial of sacubitril/valsartan 49 mg/51 mg film-coated tablets, after a single oral dose administration to healthy volunteers under fasting conditions in crossover replicated design.
This study is testing if a new version of the heart medication called Entresto works the same way as the original. We're looking for healthy adults to take a single dose of both medications to see if they're absorbed in the body in the same amounts.
