Sacubitril-Valsartan in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction and Secondary Mitral Valve Regurgitation (PRAISE-MR)
This study looks at how a medicine called Entresto might help people with a common type of heart failure and a leaky heart valve. Researchers want to see if Entresto improves heart function and symptoms over 6 months.

Randomised bioequivalence clinical trial of sacubitril/valsartan 97 mg/103 mg film-coated tablets, after a single oral dose administration to healthy volunteers under fasting conditions in crossover replicated design.
This study is comparing two versions of a heart failure medicine called sacubitril/valsartan. We're looking at how well a new generic version works compared to the original Entresto, specifically how quickly and how much of the medicine gets into the body of healthy volunteers when taken on an empty stomach.
