Ephedrine "Sintetica" clinical trials

A blinded randomized study of ephedrine 0.15 mg/kg for reducing onset time of rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg in elderly patients (≥ 80 years)

This study is looking at whether a medicine called ephedrine can help a muscle relaxant called rocuronium work faster in elderly patients (80 years or older) undergoing planned surgery. We want to see if ephedrine helps patients get ready for surgery more quickly.
