A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Concomitant Use of Eplontersen and ALXN2220 Compared With Eplontersen and Placebo for Adults Participants With ATTR-CM.
This study is testing two medicines, eplontersen and ALXN2220, to see if they are safe and help adults with a heart condition called ATTR-CM. Participants will take eplontersen along with either ALXN2220 or an inactive substance (placebo).

An Extension Study to Assess Long-Term Safety of Eplontersen in Adults With Transthyretin-Mediated Amyloid Cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM)
This study looks at the long-term safety of a medicine called eplontersen for adults with a heart condition called ATTR-CM. It's for people who have already taken part in a related study to see how the treatment works over a longer time.

CARDIO-TTRansform: A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Eplontersen (Formerly Known as ION-682884, IONIS-TTR-LRx and AKCEA-TTR-LRx) in Participants With Transthyretin-Mediated Amyloid Cardiomyopathy (ATTR CM)
This study is testing a new medicine, eplontersen, for a heart condition called ATTR amyloidosis. It aims to see if eplontersen works better than a dummy medicine (placebo) to improve the health of people with this condition.
