A Study to Compare Elritercept With Epoetin Alfa to Treat Anemia in Adults With Very Low, Low, or Intermediate Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Who Need Regular Blood Transfusions
This study compares Elritercept with Epoetin Alfa for adults with a certain type of Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) and anaemia. It checks if Elritercept reduces the need for blood transfusions and improves tiredness, while also looking at safety.

This study compares a new medicine, luspatercept, with a standard one, epoetin alfa, for people with a type of blood disorder called myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). It aims to see if luspatercept can reduce the need for blood transfusions.
