Exploring Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy as an Intervention for Those Who Have Received a Diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder

This study looks at how horse therapy, called Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), could help women aged 18-65 with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) in a hospital. It aims to see if working with horses can help them manage their emotions and feel better, especially if they haven't found other talking therapies helpful.
