EPOCH: Eribulin and Pembrolizumab in Ovarian/Uterine Carcinosarcoma
This study is looking at new treatments for rare cancers called ovarian or uterine carcinosarcoma. It tests a drug called eribulin alone and with another drug, pembrolizumab, to see if they can help patients whose cancer has come back or grown. We also want to understand who might benefit most.

A Study of Dato-DXd Versus Investigator's Choice Chemotherapy in Patients With Locally Recurrent Inoperable or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer, Who Are Not Candidates for PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor Therapy (TROPION-Breast02)
This study is looking at a new medicine called Dato-DXd for advanced triple-negative breast cancer. It compares Dato-DXd with standard chemotherapy in patients who cannot have a specific type of immunotherapy. The aim is to see if Dato-DXd is better at shrinking tumours and helping people live longer.
