A Study of Vepugratinib (LY3866288) in Participants With Cancer in the Urinary Tract
This study is testing a new medicine, vepugratinib, for advanced or spread bladder cancer. It will be given with two other drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, to see if it's safe and helps. It’s compared to a dummy medicine (placebo).

KEYMAKER-U04 Substudy 04D: A Clinical Study of New Treatments Given With Enfortumab Vedotin and Pembrolizumab in People With Urothelial Cancer (MK-3475-04D/KEYMAKER-U04)
This study is testing new treatments for a type of bladder cancer that has spread or can't be removed, called urothelial cancer. Researchers want to see if adding new medicines to standard treatment is safe and if it helps shrink the cancer.

A Study of Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab Plus Enfortumab Vedotin (EV) +/- Investigational Agents in First-Line Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma (mUC) (MK-3475-04B/KEYMAKER-U04)
This study looks at new drug combinations for advanced bladder cancer. Doctors want to see if adding different medicines to pembrolizumab and enfortumab vedotin (EV) works better and is safe. The goal is to find new, effective treatments for patients.
