This study looks at whether some postmenopausal women with a specific early breast cancer might not need hormone therapy. It aims to see if they stay healthy without it, focusing on preventing the cancer from coming back and understanding side effects.
For: Postmenopausal patients with small (pT1a-b pN0) hormone receptor positive (HR⁺) and HER2 negative (HER2⁻) early breast cancer with a Luminal A phenotype and at low risk of recurrence.
