Continous fentanyl infusion in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy treated with therapeutic hypothermia: pharmacokinetics study
This study looks at how a pain relief medicine called fentanyl works in newborn babies with a brain injury called HIE. These babies are often cooled down as part of their treatment. The study wants to understand how the babies' bodies process fentanyl to make sure they get the right amount.

Randomized, multi-center, double-blind, two-armed, parallel active groups, prospective trial, to evaluate, in pediatric population undergoing 'Calcaneo stop' surgery or Inguinal hernia repair, the efficacy and safety of chloroprocaine 1% and 2% for peripheral nerve block based on concentration-response relationships.
This study is looking at how well two different strengths of a medicine called chloroprocaine work to numb pain during common childhood surgeries, like `Calcaneo stop` or hernia repair. We want to find the best and safest dose for children.

A randomised, double-blind, comparative clinical trial of the effectiveness and tolerability of fentanyl in continuous parenteral perfusion versus on-demand bolus of morphine for the treatment of refractory dyspnoea in patients hospitalised for acute dec
This study looks at how well two different pain relief medicines, fentanyl and morphine, work to help people with severe breathlessness in hospital due to heart failure. We want to see which one is better at making breathing easier and has fewer side effects.
