Efficacy and Safety of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Combination With Chemoradiotherapy (CRT) Versus CRT Alone in Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC) (MK-3475-992/KEYNOTE-992)
This study is testing a new combination treatment for bladder cancer that hasn't spread. It combines standard chemotherapy and radiotherapy with a new drug called pembrolizumab, which helps your immune system fight cancer. We want to see if this new combination works better.

Ph1b/2 Study of the Safety and Efficacy of T-DXd Combinations in Advanced HER2-expressing Gastric Cancer (DESTINY-Gastric03)
